FinalRadar365 shows live aircraft positions from public ADS-B data. This page explains what happens to information when you use it.
The short version: there are no accounts, no sign-in, and no cookies. We do not ask you for personal information and we do not sell or share data about you with anyone.
What we do not collect
- No account, email address, name, or payment details — there is nothing to sign up for.
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking.
This site is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
What your browser stores on your device
The site stores two small items in your browser's local storage so it behaves the way you left it. Both stay on your device: they are never sent to us, never sent to anyone else, and are not used to identify or track you.

fr365.layers.airports— whether you switched the airport layer on or off.
You can clear both at any time through your browser's "clear site data" controls; the map works normally without them. These are not cookies and nothing about them is readable by another website.
What is processed when you visit
Your IP address. Like any website, ours receives your IP address in order to send pages back to you. We additionally pass it to our own backend service for one purpose: rate limiting — ensuring one visitor cannot exhaust the shared capacity of the free aviation data sources we rely on.
It is used only to count requests within a short rolling window. That counter is held in the running service's memory alone: it is never written to a database, never written to our application's logs, and it disappears when the window elapses or the service restarts. It is not used to build a profile of you, is not linked to any identity, and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Standard server logs. Our own application does not write your IP address to its logs. The hosting providers that run this site keep their own short-term operational logs (requests, timestamps, error records) as part of running a service securely, and those are used only for diagnosing faults and preventing abuse.
Services your browser contacts directly
Some parts of the map and detail panel are loaded by your browser from other providers. Those providers necessarily receive your IP address and which map areas you are viewing, and their own privacy policies apply:
- OpenStreetMap Foundation — standard map tiles (
tile.openstreetmap.org) - Esri / ArcGIS Online — satellite imagery (
server.arcgisonline.com) - Planespotters.net image hosting — when you open an aircraft that has a photograph, the image file itself is fetched by your browser from the Planespotters image servers, so they receive your IP address. Only the image is fetched this way; the Planespotters API that finds the photograph is called by our server, not by you (see below).
Services your browser does not contact
These are requested by our server, not by your browser, so they never receive your IP address and never see that you visited:
- adsb.lol and airplanes.live — live aircraft positions
- api.planespotters.net — looking up which photograph belongs to an aircraft
- api.adsbdb.com — aircraft registration, type and route reference data
- AeroDataBox — airport arrival and departure information
Analytics
This site runs Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your browser, and it does not track you across other websites. It records page views and basic performance timings in aggregate, so what we see are totals for the site rather than the behaviour of any individual visitor.
The analytics script is loaded from Cloudflare
(static.cloudflareinsights.com) by a tag we include in our own page source.
It is the only third-party script this site loads, and because it is in our source you
can verify that for yourself: inspecting the site's repository, or the page itself, will
show it and will show that nothing else of the kind is there.
We use no other analytics: no tag manager, no tracking pixel, and no advertising or cross-site measurement of any kind. If that ever changes we will update this page before doing so.
Data we publish
Aircraft positions, registrations and callsigns shown on this site are broadcast publicly by aircraft transponders and are redistributed by the community sources named above. We do not add private information to them, and we label uncertain data as uncertain rather than presenting it as fact.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, or to object to its processing. In practice we hold almost nothing: no account exists to access, and IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting rather than retained against an identity. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies.
